In partnership with the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), EACOP Linepipe Vendor Panyu Chu Kong Steel Pipe (PCK) is excited to offer scholarship opportunities at Moshi Regional Vocational Training and Service Center (VETA Moshi) to young, vibrant Tanzanians who can start careers that will change their lives.
EACOP Sponsorship vocational courses
The sponsorship will cover the following vocational courses:
- Plumbing and Pipe fitting/boiler mechanics
- Masonry and Bricklaying
- Painting and Sign Writing
- Plant Operation
- Electrical Installations
- Motor Vehicle Mechanics
- Welding and Metal Fabrication
- Electronics
Description of program
- Participate full time in a vocational training program.
- Participate in the industrial field attachment to gain hands-on experience.
- Attend internal evaluations and tests.
- Respect the guidelines set forth for VETA students.
- Willingness to live on the center’s grounds full time.
Qualifications and requirements for the schools to be selected
- It has to be from Tanzania.
- Ordinary level secondary education or higher is required.
- Participate in a one-year or longer apprenticeship program in a certain field without any certification (evidence must be attached), or
- Level II VETA Qualification.
Concept, hands-on training, entrepreneurship, life skills, and industrial field attachment are all included in these 12-month programs. Tuition, housing, clothing, safety equipment, health insurance, books, stationery, training materials, exam costs, and transportation to and from the center are all entirely covered by the scholarship.

Please take note that applicants must send certified copies of their academic records and other pertinent papers, including birth certificates, to the training centers with this application form.
