About the role

Applications are being accepted for our 2025 graduate program, which will be situated at our Geita operations in Tanzania. We are excited to share this news. The chosen applicant will be enrolled in a two-year program where they will have the opportunity to learn from and grow from a variety of cross-functional areas of our company. This is accomplished through a network of subject-matter specialists within the Orica company, individualized growth plans, and multidisciplinary rotations.

Your qualifications

We’re looking for graduates who hold a BSc or BTech in Mining Engineering and have an aggregate of 60% and have graduated between the years 2023-2024
