Main Responsibilities:
- Perform and organize root cause analysis of incidents and disseminate RCA/incident reports.
- In charge of all issues related to data center and disaster recovery infrastructure, core banking services, core network, branch connectivity, ATM/POS, self-service channels, and power and cooling utilities at the head office and branches, including daily proactive monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation.
- In charge of overseeing all network, self-service, power, and cooling utility-related events and issues reported by branches and head office, making sure SLAs and client expectations are fulfilled.
- creation of status reports, graphical management tools, and daily, weekly, and monthly performance statistics for the network and data center infrastructure.
- Provide management with the necessary visibility reports and maintain the current configuration on the present NOC infrastructure, including unconventional reports.
- All manual morning health check reports should be automated and combined.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Standards and baselines for service management in databases, middleware, network virtual environments, and operating systems
- strong familiarity with self-service channels, data center infrastructure, networks, applications, and the monitoring and troubleshooting of power and cooling utilities.
- Have strong interpersonal abilities.
- Must be aggressive, inventive, creative, and cooperative.
- Ability to work on a shift rotation basis with flexibility

- familiarity with object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks and a range of databases.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Computer science or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level.
- Professional training and certification in self-service channels, ITIL, CCNA, and monitoring tools.
- Two years of expertise using Microfocus monitoring technologies in a big business setting.
- UNIX/Linux, Windows, Oracle, Microsoft Database, TCP/IP, and network devices (firewalls, switches, and routers) are among the technologies in which I have two years of experience.
