Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Develop and implement strategic business growth plans.
Drive the sales process to exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate across departments for effective strategy execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 8 years in business development, ideally in edible oil, petroleum, or gas sectors.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

2. Sales and Marketing Executive

Number of Positions: Multiple
Location: Giraffe Oil, Tanzania

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Functions:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify and approach potential clients via networking and referrals.
Negotiate contracts and finalize sales deals.
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Functions:
