You are required to report to the institution on November 9, 2025. Please be aware that a week-long orientation will be held on November 23, 2025, before the start of courses. Two weeks following the start of the semester, you must register with the university’s admissions office. The registration process won’t be completed if the required tuition and fees aren’t paid. Therefore, make sure you pay the required fees and levies according to the schedules given in this letter.
For this admission, the supporting papers you included with your application will serve as the foundation. These qualifications are subject to verification by our office at the time of registration. Therefore, at the time of registration, you must present genuine paperwork attesting to the following qualifications:
- Two photocopies of the original Ordinary Level Certificate of Education or its equivalent are included.
- Two photocopies of the original Advanced Level Certificate of Education or its equivalent are also included.
- The applicant verification number (AVN), the pertinent original diploma certificates and transcripts, and two photocopies of each, if applicable.
- Four pictures from a passport.

Whether discovered at registration or subsequently, any instances of impersonation, document falsification, or giving false or insufficient information will immediately result in the termination of admission and expulsion from the university.
There is a limited quantity of housing space on campus. However, for other social and athletic events, kids will be placed in different halls. In order to be assigned to a resident hall, you must report to the University Dean of Students or Warden during the registration process.
