Open Positions and Description
1. Director of Membership Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Create plans and strategic goals for the Membership Services Division.
- Supervise the creation of yearly budgets and plans.
- Establish strategic connections with important parties, such as employees and members.
- Assure the efficient execution of the board’s plans, policies, and required duties.
- Manage employee performance contracts and foster a culture of high performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, commerce, or accounting with a concentration in any field.
- CPA (T) or a comparable professional credential accepted by the NBAA.
2. Head of Legal Service Unit
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preservation and upkeep of legal documents.
- Handle ordinary legal letters and court case documentation.
- Prepare legal opinions, examine contracts, and offer legal counsel.
- Communicate with outside legal authorities and represent the board in court.
Qualifications:
- A law master’s degree (LL.M.) and an internship or other appropriate training from Tanzania’s Law School.
- Registered as a High Court advocate.
- The candidate’s bachelor’s degree and master’s degree must match.
