Open Positions and Description
1. Welder: 15 Positions
Welder Duties:
- Examine, identify, and fix equipment
- Produce and fix goods
- Calculate the cost of repairs.
- Carry out research and development
- Build, weld, and put things together
- Maintain and fix equipment
- Create welding procedures
- Gain expertise in welding
- Create and evaluate new goods.
- Teach welding to others.
- Utilize cutting and welding equipment.
- Use equipment safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and corporate policies.
- Observe environmental and OSHA regulations
- Keep track of business documents and reports.
- Fulfill responsibilities in compliance with relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Carry out other relevant tasks as needed.
Welder Responsibilities:
- A solid grasp of manufacturing and welding
- Demonstrated expertise doing fabrication activities and welding a variety of materials
- Proficiency with welding equipment, safety procedures, and protective gear
Requirements and Skills:
- Handweld and fabricate everything from simple to intricate items.
- Complete welds in accordance with AWS guidelines.
- Conduct welding and fabrication checks and take pictures to record the results.
- Keep tools and fabrication supplies (such as flux core wire, welding rods, and wire feed systems) in good condition.
- Maintain your workspace and weld pads.
- Properly dispose of weld waste and materials.
- Read and understand blueprints and drawings for standards, measurements, and requirements
- Store welding equipment properly when not in use, in a clean and organized manner
- Maintain safety equipment
- Conduct and document welding safety inspections, and report unsafe conditions
- Maintenance of tools and equipment, and perform other duties as needed.
