Example of Salary Levels:
- TGS A – This is the entry-level category in the salary scale. Employees in TGS A.1 receive a starting salary of TSH 380,000 per month.
- TGS J – This is the highest category, where employees at TGS J.1 earn up to TSH 3,380,000 per month.
Each grade has progressive salary increments from the lowest to the highest level, ensuring that employees receive periodic pay raises based on their length of service and work performance. This system is designed to motivate workers to remain diligent and enhance their productivity as they gain experience.
