This year’s theme, “World Heritage in an Interconnected World: Leveraging Digital Technologies and Innovative Approaches,” will explore how modern tools and creative strategies can enhance the preservation and promotion of cultural and natural heritage.

A Platform for Emerging Heritage Leaders

The forum is designed to bring together passionate young people working or studying in heritage-related fields. It’s more than just a conference—it’s a collaborative space where participants will share experiences, engage with experts, and co-develop ideas on how to use technology to make heritage more accessible, engaging, and sustainable in today’s globalized world.

Workshops, discussions, cultural visits, and team projects will make up the heart of the event, giving participants a hands-on opportunity to shape new narratives around heritage conservation in the digital age.

Young professionals who wish to take part must submit an online application no later than 22 April 2025 at 23:59 CET. You can find the application form and detailed instructions here: https://whc.unesco.org/en/news/2765/
