DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To evaluate property for compensation;
- To prepare estimates for compensation planned road related activities;
- To prepare compensation claims;
- To build and update property rates data for valuation purposes;
- To Assess and recommend valuations done by consultants;
- To keep records of compensations paid; and
- To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holders of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Land Management and Valuation from a recognized institution. Must be registered at provisional level by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB) as graduate Valuer.
