1. Chief Internal Auditor (1 Post)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Scale: TS 5
Reports to: Board of Directors and administratively to the General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement the Annual Audit Plan.
  • Evaluate and examine policies, procedures, and systems to safeguard company resources.
  • Ensure compliance with accepted accounting and auditing principles.
  • Assess internal controls and operating systems.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Auditing.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA(T), ACCA, or ACA.
  • Registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum age: 35 years.
  • High integrity required.

2. Finance Manager (1 Post)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Scale: TS 5
Reports to: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all accounting department activities.
  • Advise Management and the Board on financial matters.
  • Prepare financial reports (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual).
  • Remit statutory returns.
  • Maintain high accounting standards.
  • Ensure expenditures are within budget.
  • Design and implement financial internal controls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Professional qualifications: CPA(T) or ACCA.
  • Registered with NBAA.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum age: 35 years.
  • High integrity required.

3. Warehouse Clerk (1 Post)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Scale: TS 2
Reports to: Warehouse Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stores records and post receipts and issues as per procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Officer.

  • General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE).
  • Certificate in Stores Management or equivalent.

4. Assistant Procurement Officer (1 Post)

Reports to: Procurement Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in procurement processes and supplier evaluations.
  • Analyze invoices for accurate deliveries.
  • Control and supervise warehouses.
  • Monitor stock levels and oversee goods movement.
  • Prepare reports on purchases and cost analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Officer.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise production activities.
  • Ensure quality standards and production targets are met.
  • Adhere to factory maintenance schedules.
  • Work in compliance with Food Safety Management Systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Superintendent.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Food Science and Technology or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • High integrity required.

6. Machine Operator (2 Posts)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Scale: TS 2
Reports to: Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and clean machines before production.
  • Monitor and control machine performance.
  • Maintain logbooks of production activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE).
  • Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

7. Assistant Accountant (1 Post)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Scale: TS 3
Reports to: Financial Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts up to trial balance.
  • Assist in preparing financial summaries and balance sheets.
  • Perform bank, debtors, and creditors reconciliation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Accountant.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • High integrity required.
