Job Purpose
The Senior Officer, Business Performance & Covenant Monitoring, is responsible for overseeing the bank’s business performance metrics and ensuring compliance with financial covenants. This role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that the bank adheres to regulatory and contractual obligations. The incumbent will work closely with various departments to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the bank’s business performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with financial covenants and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance monitoring.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business performance analysis or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
