Job Description

Baridi Baridi Tanzania Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales force, drive corporate sales, manage big accounts, and close deals for air conditioning units, contributing to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities/strategies within the corporate sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and large clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals (big accounts in enterprise segment).
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Perform any other assignments as may be assigned by your superior.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in selling Air conditioners, home appliances or related products/services.
  • Strong background in corporate sales or managing large account sales.
  • Existing network and professional relationships within enterprises.
  • Leadership and team-building skills are added advantage.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
