Job Description
Baridi Baridi Tanzania Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales force, drive corporate sales, manage big accounts, and close deals for air conditioning units, contributing to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities/strategies within the corporate sector.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and large clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales deals (big accounts in enterprise segment).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Perform any other assignments as may be assigned by your superior.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in selling Air conditioners, home appliances or related products/services.
- Strong background in corporate sales or managing large account sales.
- Existing network and professional relationships within enterprises.
- Leadership and team-building skills are added advantage.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
