Baridi Baridi Tanzania Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Intern to accelerate sales, policy, and strategy, offering customers new services for better and more comfortable lives.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Providing reports on daily activities
- Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling or site visit.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing potential customers to meet their needs.
- Planning and organizing a daily work schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory, track sales and status and provide reports.
- Answer questions from clients about service benefits and resolve any complaints.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in sales, marketing, business and administrations or relevant field.
- Proven experience of 0-1 year as sales or marketing officer or similar role preferable.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Charming and able to convince customers to use our service.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Good understanding to our business model and vision.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
