Job Description
Beauty Group Tanzania, a company specializing in selling used and new clothing, shoes, bags, and towels, is seeking a sales and marketing personnel to implement sales strategies, meet sales targets, build customer relationships, conduct market research, and prepare sales reports.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives and targets.
- Meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and results within a set schedule.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work at any branch to which you are assigned
