Who Can Apply?

- Be Tanzanian citizens aged not above 45 years
- Hold relevant Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees from recognized institutions
- Have strong academic records: minimum GPA of 3.8 (Bachelor) and 4.0 (Master’s), with at least a B+ in dissertations
- For Master’s degrees by research only, candidates must also have at least two peer-reviewed journal publications
- Possess a valid National ID (NIDA) number
