Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within retail banking.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and people management.

- Set performance objectives and regularly provide feedback to staff.
