Job Description
The Legal and Human Resources Officer is responsible for monitoring all legal affairs within the organization, handling internal and external legal concerns, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Responsibilities
- Custodian of all the Company’s legal Documents and Assets
- Coordinate and conduct Company’s CSR Scheme
- Coordinate Training Plans and requirements
- Ensure all employees have contracts
- Resolve labour disputes
- Execute risk assessment on Legal Transaction diligently
- Ensure compliance to all contractual, statutory and legal requirements
- Conduct and participate in ISO internal and external audit requirements
- Conduct general induction to all new employee on company HR policies
Requirements
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Conversant with Microsoft office
- Proactive, Innovative and attention to details
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude
