This person will have complete, end-to-end ownership of projects. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. 1. Full Stack Software developer Job Description
- Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
- Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
- Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design
- Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
- Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
- Work primarily in Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, and JavaScript
- Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs
Full Stack Software developer Qualifications
- At least 2 year of experience in building large-scale software applications
- Experience in building web applications
- Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, and JavaScript
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills
- Experience in unit/integration testing.

- Mainstream media Limited is looking for a high-performing Station Manager who will focus on Business development & Strategic partnerships to drive Sales and meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets set.
Radio Station Manager – Business Development Duties
- Develop new leads
- Searching for potential clients
- Manage existing customer relationships and close the deal
- Increasing your client portfolio and hitting targets
- Work with these clients to place advertisements where they can reach their target audiences
- Plan, develop and prepare advertisements for company’s products and contents.
- Push more customers to buy ads on our platform (Radio and online platform).
- Build a strong client base
- Defines the marketing and advertising sales strategies and the execution of defined strategies
- Performs advertising program performance analyses in order to determine areas for improvement with a vision for enabling sales more effectively.
- Maintains strong relationships with the existent and prospective customer base in order to determine their needs and formulate advertisement sales solutions that will address those needs
- Negotiating advertisement contracts
- Highly collaborative role, which involves liaison with marketing department in order to promote advertisements and campaigns.
- Very good executor
- Any other duties assigned by senior management.
