Bolt Is Hiring Operations Specialist, We are seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee and manage supply for our ride-hailing operations in Dar es Salaam. This role offers a direct and tangible impact on local operations, contributing significantly to business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and support operational projects by defining precise local processes, ensuring strong execution with a focus on results, and keeping stakeholders in mind.
- Develop strategies to strengthen and grow our market position in Dar es Salaam.
- Manage rider experience by working autonomously and taking initiatives to ensure the best possible experience for riders, delivering top value propositions.
- Analyze data by monitoring operational metrics to ensure a healthy marketplace and acting on insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement at the local level that may impact business performance.
- Advise and collaborate with HQ teams (Product, Legal, Marketing) to develop and execute initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
About You:
- Some experience in Operations, Startups, Strategy Consulting, or related fields.
- A strong collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
- Highly analytical, with a data-driven mindset and excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach to your work.
- Highly motivated to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- Experience with product launches or running a business is a plus.
