Education:
- BSc in Actuarial Sciences, BSc in Mathematics, or a related field.
Key Areas:
- Design Customer Value Management (CVM) and Customer Experience strategies.
- Increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop retention, win-back, and loyalty programs.
- Generate CVM reports.
- Engage with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop analytics programs to profile customer behavior.
- Create churn prediction models.
- Measure and analyze customer satisfaction trends.
- Develop revenue stimulation, retention, and loyalty schemes.
- Provide product recommendations and business requirements for revenue generation.
- Prepare daily reports on campaign performance.
- Identify and develop efficient, customer-focused lifecycle programs to boost revenue.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications or Pay TV CVM (Customer Value Management) is advantageous.
- Commercial experience (Pay TV, mobile telecoms experience preferred but not required).
- Strong numerical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to interpret commercial and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of developing a strategic vision for CVM activities and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior management.
