ASAMTL is seeking highly motivated and competitive individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Digital Financial Services (DFS) Manager (1 Post)

Job Description:

The DFS Manager will lead the digital financial services strategy, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure the successful deployment and support of DFS initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of both microfinance/banking operations and technological innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, management, and optimization of digital financial products.
  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, and operational teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate DFS performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies for product quality assurance and customer service excellence.
  • Work with financial service providers, policymakers, and regulators to drive adoption and usage of digital financial services.
  • Design and execute strategies to expand access to finance and promote inclusive digital economies.
  • Ensure Value Added Services (VAS) products comply with BOT, TCRA, and FCC regulations.
  • Conduct training for internal teams and monitor product performance for continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital financial services, product management, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer experience management skills.
  • Experience in fintech, mobile network operators (MNOs), or digital business models is a plus.
  • Clear understanding of AML regulations, compliance, and financial legislation.

2. Information Security Officer (1 Post)

Job Description:

The Information Security Officer will be responsible for identifying and mitigating IT risks, responding to third-party audit observations, and assisting in security compliance reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a core member of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Monitor and analyze cybersecurity threats and incidents.
  • Perform data mining and forensic analysis to detect and investigate security breaches.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Work closely with IT and management to enhance security measures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related fields.
  • ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification is a MUST.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Security, focusing on incident monitoring and detection.
  • Expertise in SIEM, penetration testing, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and other security protocols.

3. Operations and Product Support Specialist (1 Post)

Job Role:

This role will handle the technical and operational aspects of DFS, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for digital financial products, including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams for updates and new features.
  • Conduct internal training on product functionality.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Banking, Finance, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital product support or operations management.

4. Customer Support and Complaints Specialist (1 Post)

Job Role:

The specialist will handle DFS-related customer interactions, working with the contact center to resolve complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the escalation point for DFS-related complaints.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Train contact center agents on DFS-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the DFS Manager to align customer feedback with product improvements.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer support or complaints management.

5. Finance Officer (2 Posts)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily petty cash and financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
  • Manage taxation matters and liaise with regulatory bodies.
  • Handle internal and external audits, ensuring timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions on loans and transactions.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects.
  • CPA certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting (experience in NGOs/Financial Institutions/Banks preferred).
  • Proficiency in financial management software such as SAP.
