Akiba Commercial Bank Hiring 100 Direct Sales Agents, Akiba Commercial Bank is expanding its team and is looking for 100 motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join its growing network. Tenure: 6 months (Renewable subject to performance)
Location: Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Dodoma, and Mbeya

Job Purpose

Drive the retail sales objectives of the bank through daily customer visits and selling bank products and services to new and existing customers. Strengthen customer relationships and maintain operational excellence within the appropriate service standards.

Main Responsibilities

Acquire new bank customers through appointments, referrals, or door-to-door canvassing in the assigned area.
Open bank accounts for new customers and collect account opening fees.
Register customers on Akiba Mobile and educate them on using our self-service channels.
Ensure all accounts opened meet KYC standards as per the bank’s processes and procedures.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, or yearly sales quotas.
Generate leads, upsell, and cross-sell bank products and services.
Participate in campaigns, special projects, and events to sell bank products and services.
Identify repeat business opportunities and build relationships through regular engagement.
Assist management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
Safeguard working tools and marketing materials.
Continuously upgrade and improve sales presentations while avoiding mis-selling.
Enhance knowledge of products, services, and bank tariffs.
Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Business-related fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline.
The positions are only open for fresh graduates of 2024.
