ICT Intern will provide Level 1 ICT support to the ACF Tanzania Mission staff. The intern will manage support requests from both Bases and the capital office, collaborating with the Regional ICT team to resolve ICT issues. The role will include supporting the management and updating of Asset and equipment registers with guidance from the logistics department and Regional ICT. In line with ACF’s strategic digitization, the intern will also assist in developing tools and automating business processes.

Objective:

Ensure business continuity and provide effective ICT support for Tanzania staff.

Essential Activities & Deliverables:

Helpdesk Management: Handle support calls and tickets.MHardware and Software Support: Provide Level 1 support for both hardware and software to all users.MSystem Administration: Administer and manage software and hardware for PCs.

Preventive Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of equipment. Network Monitoring: Maintain and monitor the network infrastructure. Asset and Equipment Management: Update equipment and asset registers. ERP Deployment Support: Assist with the deployment of ongoing ERP systems.

Tool Development Support: Assist in scaling ACF’s automated tools and deploying newly developed tools.MUser Training: Train users on ICT policies, processes, and standards.MGraphic Design: Design Information Education Communication (IEC) materials such as flyers, infographics, and project briefs.
