About the Program
Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is a key pipeline for developing future leaders, ensuring our business is ready to meet the challenges ahead. Since its inception, the GMT program has welcomed over 2,300 hires globally, many of whom have left a lasting impact. We are excited to continue cultivating top talent to help us achieve our purpose—creating a future with more cheers.
We look for individuals eager to pursue a multifunctional career, with the willingness to develop new skills and capabilities throughout their journey.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
During the first 10 months, GMTs can expect:
- Three-month rotations, each aligned with our three strategic pillars:
- Ideally in Marketing, Sales/Tech, and Supply/Logistics
- Working on real business challenges in each core function
- Cheers! Festival (Global Induction)
- Hear from senior leaders about our company strategy
- Network with peers and gain global exposure

Candidate Profile
- Completed undergraduate degree by program start (STEM discipline preferred), AB InBev Graduate Management Trainee (GMT)
- Postgraduate (PGDip, Master’s, or equivalent) in Business Administration is advantageous
- No more than 3 years of full-time formal working experience (internships, vacation work, short-term contracts excluded)
- Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country of application
- Fluent in English
- Full mobility—willingness to work and live in various locations
