1. Full Stack Software developer Job Description

Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
Assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design
Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
Work primarily in Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, and JavaScript
Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs

Full Stack Software developer Qualifications

At least 2 year of experience in building large-scale software applications
Experience in building web applications
Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs
Knowledge of Ruby, Java/JRuby, React, and JavaScript
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Experience in unit/integration testing.

Mainstream media Limited is looking for a high-performing Station Manager who will focus on Business development & Strategic partnerships to drive Sales and meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets set.

Radio Station Manager – Business Development Duties

Develop new leads
Searching for potential clients
Manage existing customer relationships and close the deal
Increasing your client portfolio and hitting targets
Work with these clients to place advertisements where they can reach their target audiences
Plan, develop and prepare advertisements for company’s products and contents.
Push more customers to buy ads on our platform (Radio and online platform).
Build a strong client base
Defines the marketing and advertising sales strategies and the execution of defined strategies
Performs advertising program performance analyses in order to determine areas for improvement with a vision for enabling sales more effectively.
Maintains strong relationships with the existent and prospective customer base in order to determine their needs and formulate advertisement sales solutions that will address those needs
Negotiating advertisement contracts
Highly collaborative role, which involves liaison with marketing department in order to promote advertisements and campaigns.
Very good executor
Any other duties assigned by senior management.
