Job Summary:
The recruitment officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the timely and effective placement of high-quality candidates. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various roles across the organization while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent (including online platforms, referrals, and networking).
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Organize and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding with HR and relevant departments.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiters, job boards, universities, and other recruitment channels.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, candidate satisfaction, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during recruitment processes.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
