Taifa Gas Tanzania Limited (TAIFA GAS) was originally established as Mihan Gas Company Limited (MIHAN GAS) in 2005, under certificate number 52508. It was incorporated as a limited company under the Companies Ordinance (Cap 212). After spending two years on initial business startup investments in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), the company began operations in 2008.
In 2017, the company was acquired by new shareholders. In 2019, it underwent a rebranding, changing its name from Mihan Gas Company Limited to Taifa Gas Company Limited to better reflect its evolving vision and mission. The company now operates under the Taifa Gas and Mihan Gas brands, as seen in its LPG cylinders and related equipment.

Position: Consumer Sales Drivers (Graduate Trainees)
Location: Tanzania
Job Requirements:
- Ensure the safe loading and offloading of institutional bulk trucks according to HSSE standards.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full, with no losses.
- Properly manage the TAIFA vehicle, adhering to service schedules and performing routine maintenance checks (oil, water, fuel, battery, brakes, tires, etc.).
- Demonstrate flexibility while working under pressure to meet customer demands.
- Build strong working relationships with the team to ensure the success of your responsibilities.
- Regularly reconcile LPG stock transferred from the filling station to customers.
- Participate in sales, promotion, and advertising activities as needed.
Taifa Gas has expanded significantly, with 20 operational depots in various locations, including Mwanza, Mbeya, Moshi, Dodoma, Singida, Morogoro, Iringa, Kahama, Kigoma, Songea, Njombe, Manyara, Bukoba, Geita, Tabora, Musoma, Arusha, Sumbawanga, Tanga, and Shinyanga. Additionally, two depots in Mwanga and Lindi are currently in the final stages of construction.
