Position: Project Team Lead – Street Outreach and Child Protection (PTL-SOCP)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Reporting to: Project Manager

As the Project Team Lead for Street Outreach and Child Protection, you will:

  • Supervise Project Staff: Provide support and supervision to project staff working on the streets.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of street outreach activities.
  • Ensure Safeguarding and Child Protection Standards: Monitor and ensure that the project activities related to Street Outreach and Safeguarding are implemented to high standards.
  • Compile Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly implementation reports for submission to the Project Manager.
  • Directly Supervise Social Workers: Manage all social workers in the street outreach department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in street outreach work and child protection.
  • Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and mentor staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and ensure high standards of implementation. Railway Children Is Hiring Project Team Lead
