Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and social media (in collaboration with the Marketing Department). Conduct below-the-line (BTL) campaigns through bulk SMS and calls. Perform daily system health check surveys for all branches.

Compile and analyze customer experience reports. Support branches in resolving escalated or long-outstanding customer queries. Assist in customer experience project deployments.

Conduct quality checks on complaints raised by branches. Actively participate in customer engagement activities. Cross-sell the bank’s products and services. Facilitate customer surveys (NPS & CES) with support from the Group Strategy team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution (Required).
