Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients to ensure optimal customer acquisition, retention, and income generation. This includes driving sales of the bank’s Assets, Liability, and Cash Management products while strengthening the bank’s brand in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and manage prudently priced assets and cost-effective long-term liabilities with reputable organizations to maximize bank profitability.
  • Identify and aggressively market new profitable corporate clients from target sectors.

Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain and strengthen key customer relationships through regular engagement and an effective call program.
  • Deliver industry-leading customer service, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing advisory support.
  • Cultivate strong rapport with clients to position the bank as their preferred financial partner.

Cross-Selling & Compliance

  • Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities to align the bank’s products with customer needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Maintain a high standard of operational control, adhering to Risk Management and Compliance guidelines.

Leadership & Reporting
