Core responsibilities
1. Service Management:
- Oversee the group’s efficient upkeep, repairs, and enhancements of the exploration apparatus.
- Implementing regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment is crucial to minimizing downtime.
2. Technical Support:
- Provide practical technical assistance, including diagnostics and problem-solving, to troubleshoot problems.
- Work along with equipment operators to offer direction and make sure they comprehend how to handle and operate machinery properly.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with regard to their service requirements, fostering enduring connections to guarantee client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- To enhance service quality and aggressively resolve any issues, get client feedback.
4. Training and Development:
- Teach service technicians how to maintain and repair Epiroc equipment using best practices.

6. Reporting and Documentation
