Job Details
Description
1) Site Management & Maintenance
- Ensure site safety and proper functionality.
- Set up locks for fences, machine rooms, fuel tanks, and generators.
- Clean the site, including the machine room, fan, and equipment surfaces.
- Conduct monthly alarm tests in coordination with NOC (generator operation, low battery, rectifier failure, high temperature, door openings, low fuel level).
- Configure parameters as per regulations.
- Inspect and optimize battery banks.
- Perform generator maintenance (oil change, fuel filter, oil filter, air filter replacement).
- Protect antenna mast bolts and container houses from rust.
- Inspect and maintain the structural integrity of container houses (base, floor, walls, ceilings, and roofs).
2) Cable Route Safety & Stability
- Conduct regular patrols along cable routes.
- Ensure the secure corridor of route cables remains clean and clear.
- Periodically inspect and evaluate transmission network management.
3) Fueling & Handover
- Organize a team or collaborate with partners for refueling.
- Ensure smooth handover to collaborators.
- Cooperate with the Technical and NOC departments to monitor generator operations.
4) Troubleshooting
- Address power loss in large areas.
- Respond to and repair broken cables.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field (IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a related field.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of management experience are highly preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Proficiency in software relevant to the job.
